These Terms govern your use of Sandy Feet Eats and our delivery services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Service scope
- Beach access delivery (daytime): snacks, cold drinks, and beach essentials delivered to public access points on Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach & Kure Beach).
- Restaurant delivery (evening): pickup and delivery from local restaurants during posted hours.
- We may modify hours, items, and coverage areas at any time.
Orders, pricing & payment
- Orders may be placed via website form or SMS. We confirm each order by message.
- Prices are shown or quoted before confirmation. Some items may have limited availability.
- Payment methods: Cash, Venmo, or Cash App. Payment is due at or before delivery handoff.
- Tips are optional and appreciated.
Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel before we purchase or pick up items for a full refund (if any prepayment was made).
- After items are purchased or picked up, cancellations may incur up to the full order total.
- If we cannot fulfill an order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or substitution where reasonable.
Delivery windows & access points
- Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, traffic, parking, or beach conditions.
- You are responsible for being reachable by phone/text and meeting at the agreed access point or address.
- Once items are delivered and accepted, risk of loss passes to you.
Age-restricted items
We do not deliver alcohol or tobacco. We reserve the right to decline any order in our discretion.
Substitutions & availability
If an item is unavailable, we may offer a close substitution with your approval.
Conduct
You agree not to misuse our services (fraud, harassment, reselling, or unsafe pickup locations). We may refuse service if safety is a concern.
Disclaimers & limits of liability
- Services are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
- We are not liable for delays caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., weather, road closures, emergency situations).
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
